For a receipt of polymeric coverage which will answer technical requirements, high-quality preparation of concrete basis is needed: polishing (grant of roughness) and cleaning of surface of basis is from a dust and contaminations.
Basis geared-up to causing of polymeric coverage must answer the followings requirements:
- accordance of mechanical properties to the external environments.
Border of durability on a stretch 1,5 (mines 1,0) N/mm2 at middle mechanical of loading and 2,0 (mines 1,5) N/mm2 at the high mechanical loadings;
- mechanical homogeneity of surface;
- sufficient bearing strength of basis;
- on-the-spot it must not be contaminations which would prevent adhezy;
- for selfdifluent materials slope no more 2°, at a greater slope the special mixture is added;
- humidity of basis must not exceed 4%;
- a removal of capillary feeding of water is from the side of basis.
For floors which do not have substantial requirements to humidity and capillary receipt of water steam-penetration is used polymeric coverages.
After careful preparation of basis on it leveler polymeric solution is inflicted.

Properties

	1. Firmness is to the mechanical and abrasive wear. Provides of long duration exploitation at intensive influence of transport vehicles and pedestrians. Maintains an abrasive wear from the present on the floor particles of sand and garbage.
	2. Firmness is to shock influences. Maintains the systematic concentration of shock influences in the areas of production lines, in compositions, technical services, on loadings grounds.
	3. Firmness is to influence of aggressive environments. Maintains influences of acids, meadows, mineral butters, organic solvents, saving operating properties and attractive original appearance.
	4. Firmness is to temperature influences. Assumes exploitation at negative temperatures, influence of hot water, maintains the overfalls of temperature at the local cooling or heating.
	5. Firmness is to ultraviolet influence. Maintains influence of sunlight, capable in course of time to deprive a color polymeric coverage.
	6. Anti-static properties. Used for defence of sensible equipment, taking of static charge in explosive productions.
	7. Ecofriendlyness. No insalubrious solvents and matters which have a strong smell. This is important at implementation of works.
	8. Lightness of cleaning up. Cleans up easily, during exploitation does not secrete harmful matters, garbage, sand. Does not suck in industrial and domestic contaminations.
	9. Technologicalness and rapid repair. Enables to carry out rapid repair, allows to conduct works, not breaking the technological processes of production.
	10. Watertightness. Does not suck in water, aggressive liquids and cleansers. Protects from harmful influence concrete basis of floor, bearings constructions and environment.
	11. Fire safety. Fireworks descriptions of material allow to apply him in accordance with the norms of fire safety.
	12. Resistance to sliding off. Provides safe exploitation, allows to create coverage with optimum roughness depending on setting, humidity of surface and terms of cleaning up.
	13. Decorativeness. Enables to realize designer decisions: zoning, coloured registration, texture, compatibility with other materials, accordance to the general ideological project (to setting).

Standard tints (on the standard scale of RAL)
